RUN FASTER AND EASIER

Speed seeking athletes including football and soccer players,  sprinters, jumpers, and hurdlers will discover how to cut up to 0.5 seconds off of 40 yard and 100 meter dash times!

Any distance runner can shave off up to 10 seconds per mile (based on an average 4:45 Mile Personal Best)!

Not quite running that fast? Drop up to 1 minute per mile in less than 60 days!

Any athlete who has ever taken a step to train has felt some kind of pain or discomfort somewhere in their body.  

Sometimes pain turns into injury. Some injuries become chronic - migrating from one part of the body to another.

On The RunRite Challenge, we'll identify the root cause and eliminate major contributing factors to chronic pain and running related injuries!

READY FOR YOUR  

BREAKTHROUGH?

Participants in The RunRite Challenge receive a 3D Running Biomechanics Assessment and 3D Foot Pressure Scan and Balance Assessment to determine what to do to improve your running technique, balance, coordination, and overall running performance. 

 

Individuals participating in The RunRite Challenge will be given an 8-week corrective exercise and running drill program guaranteed to improve their running performance! ​​
