Competitive and recreational runners (and non-runners) of all ages are invited to enter this exciting competition for athletes to demonstrate their ability to run efficiently and with good form.

The RunRite System is the only "two sensor" wearable system capable of measuring the range of motion, strength and power of both legs (and arms) so you can instantly improve running technique and times.

  • Participants in The RunRite Fitness from the Ground Up Challenge may purchase your own RunRite System to use at home! The RunRite System is the only wearable capable of actually monitoring running technique.  You can't measure running technique with one sensor. 

  • The RunRite System includes two sensors to place on your legs above the knee and begin to track your actual running technique, strength, and power. Discover your unique body features and how they impact your ability to get fit 2 run! 

  • If you utilize The RunRite System sensors in your challenge at home, from August 31, 2019 through November 15, 2019, all of your running data will automatically rank you against all competitors around the country

  • The Top 300 Fittest and Most Efficient Runners will be invited to compete for a chance to win a share of $1,000,000 in Cash and Prizes in our national championships event in Las Vegas December 9-11, 2019!   

  • Every week, we'll post the rankings of all participants in The RunRite Challenge on our website so you can see where you stand!

COMPETITION DATES: AUGUST 31,  2019 through November 17, 2019

PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE:

  • One RunRite Wearable System {Two (2) Sensors and Android/iOS App}

  • Access to Weekly RunRite Challenge Group Coaching Sessions (Via Video/Skype)

HOW DO GET STARTED...

STEP 1

                 

ORDER YOUR RUNRITE SYSTEM! 

- Setting Realistic Running Goals

- Assessing of Your Running History including Personal Bests, Injuries, and Nutrition

- Prevent and Overcome Running Injuries

- Improve Common Running Technique Flaws 

- Achieve Proper Running Technique

STEP 2

  • Conduct your initial RunRite Assessment 

    • Use a video camera to record yourself

    • Run 60 Seconds on a Treadmill (Preferably a curved​ or self powered)

    • Your results are automatically uploaded and ranked in our system

What to wear:  Light weight running attire (if weather permits). These videos may be used on the show broadcast so please dress for television

 

STEP 3

Perform Your Recommended Exercises and Drills

- Running Specific Technique Drills

- Strength Training Exercises

- Plyometric Exercises     

- Corrective exercises (resistance training and stretches)  designed to address your Physical Performance Factors from head to toe!

STEP 4

Retest as often as you like! Every score will be uploaded and your highest score will qualify you for a chance to compete in your nationaal championship event and a chance to win a share of $1,000,000 in cash, college scholarships, and other prizes! 

THIS COMPETITION FOLLOWS THE SAME OUTLINE AS THE "IN PERSON" COURSE. EACH INDIVIDUAL ADVANCES AT THEIR OWN RATE AND EACH INDIVIDUAL'S IMPROVEMENTS ARE UNIQUE TO THEIR OWN STARTING POINT.
