Most athletes run or use running to train for their sport.  We provide solutions for how to improve the body's ability to run or perform at optimum ability through the use of cutting edge technology.  Traditional strength and speed coaches teach high intensity, multi-joint, and complex movements in group workouts.    

 

Utilizing our proprietary RunRite System, our certified Runner Transformation Coaches assess and identify EXACTLY which strength and flexibility exercises, runner drills and more each athlete should do to target the eight essential Physical Performance Factors which impact their running technique, performance, and injury risks.  

 

By identifying each individual athlete's strengths and weaknesses, results can be achieve almost instantly! Improvement become permanent through long term targeting of the athletes strengths and weaknesses. 

WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT

 During each assessment, athletes will put on the RunRite system (the only wearable technology for measuring the complete biomechanics of any athlete anywhere) to identify each athlete's strengths and physical limitations which impact their runner technique.  Our RunRite assessment identifies how to transform the runner's physical ability to run, jump, change directions.  In addition, we discover exactly what do to to reduce runner injury risks.   

 

All of our coaches utilize The RunRite System to conduct runner kinesiology and biomechanics assessments.  Our RunRite System tracks and measures the complete movement of the legs to identify what to improve for each individual!

  • DEFINE AND MEASURE

    Runners (and walkers) will wear small sensors attached to each leg during a 1-on-1 assessment or small group coaching session. 

  • ANALYZE AND IMPROVE 

    Our RunRite software grades the entire session and generates a Runner Efficiency Score detailing their biomechanics and kinesiology.

     

  •  MONITOR AND CONTROL

    Our RunRite software will track every step a runner takes, monitoring all aspects of the runner's unique biomechanics.

  • DRIVE/SUPPORT/RECOVERY

    RANGE OF MOTON & SABILITY

    This is the most important part of running.  The Drive and Recovery Phase of a runner's technique.  A runner can have too much or not enough.  Our assessment identifies whether or not the runner is balanced with efficient range of motion, rhythm, coordination, directional forces, and timing.

  • MEDIAL AND LATERAL

    RANGE OF MOTON & STABILITY

    Our RunRite software will track every step they take, monitoring your unique biomechanics.  Excessive Knee Valgus and Varus Stress while running or jumping, or cutting is costly to runner performance and increases risk of injury.  Leg Swing is usually a compensation for Rotational Instability.

  • LEG ROTATION

    RANGE OF MOTON & STABILITY

     The most neglected and overlooked aspect of any runner's motion is Inward and Outward Twist.   Most injuries occur as a result of the inability to achieve rotational stability when transferring forces from one leg or the other. Valuable time and a significant reduction in injury risk is achieved when rotational stability is achieved.

The Sports Kinesiologist

The RunRite Efficiency score is based on a comparison of the right and leg's data to each other.  Symmetry and coordination lead to a higher score.   A lower score indicates deficits in motor skills and muscle function,  costing an athlete valuable time on every step the athlete takes.  Coaches may use our preset "technique" range of motion data points or recommend their own ideals ranges

 WE PROVIDE EACH ATHLETE WITH A LIST OF CUSTOMIZED CORRECTIVE EXERCISES  UNIQUE TO THE INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE ASSESSMENT! 

Each athlete is given a login in to access their corrective exercises or coaching recommendations from the assessment of their biomechanics. 

 

Any athlete with an iOS or Mobile device can download our software and (if available) sync any pair of RunRite Sensors to their devices to perform workouts on their own.
