What do participants do during the running competition?
Enter this exciting fitness competitions for runners. You'll be asked to complete a running workout in each round. Participants will Run on a "Non Motorized Treadmill for 60 seconds. Runners should be prepared to run short sprints and long intervals in addition to performing strength and flexibility challenges during the later rounds of the competition.
In the Final Round, the top 10 Male and Female Runners will be asked to perform two (2) Runs of 60 seconds while wearing the RunRite System to determine which runner qualifies for the chance to be crowned...

What is the entry fee?

Enter as a Team of Four - $300
Unexpected things come up in life. There are no refunds. However, if you are unable to compete or discover a conflict with your chosen date, we will hold your entry fee for up to one year during which time you may transfer your entry fee to another individual or another event. We understand life happens, so we will try our best to accommodate date and/or time transfers, whenever possible. How do I enter The RunRite Challenge?
FIND AN EVENT IN YOUR AREA THEN RETURN HOME AND IMPROVE HOW YOUR BODY MOVES!
FOLLOW A CUSTOMIZED EXERCISE PROGRAM
After your initial RunRite score, participants will receive access to our private member portal where you'll be able to view your results and a Customized Exercise Program generated by the RunRite System – which includes individualized stretches, plyometric exercises, and other corrective exercises to address any individual’s physical imbalances in strength and flexibility that can help any athlete reduce their risk of running injuries and quickly improve running performance and their overall score.
DO YOUR EXERCISES TO IMPROVE
Login in to our Members Area and perform the exercises recommended just for you for at least 21 days or until you feel you have improved. If necessary, return to your testing facility to receive assistance with doing your exercises correctly enrolling in any assistance programs offered at the facility of your choice.
RAISE YOUR SCORE AND IMPROVE RUNNING PERFORMANCE
Participants may enter local and regional contests as many times as they like and until they have improved their body enough to feel they have a chance to performance at their best during the National Championships

Each athlete's exact start time will be posted under the Event Day tab a few days prior to the events date.
When does each participant show up to check in for the competition?
We suggest you and your team arrive at least an hour and a half before your scheduled start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, checkin, drop your stuff, take a potty break, and get warmed up.
Each individual or team must be present and ready to check in no later than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled competition time!
How many times may i enter?
You may enter as many times as you like. We invite you to review your results on our web portal, perform exercises to adress the areas of weakness identified in your results, and the Return to compete again in The RunRite Challenge.
Every time you complete any new test to obtain a new RunRite Challenge Score your score will be updated.
Participants will Run on a "Non Motorized Treadmill for 60 seconds.
What should participants wear and what not to wear?
There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running, jumping, throwing, and lifting. (Your attire should be appropriate for family television.)
We recommend performance gear (NOT COTTON), chilled water bottles, compression gear, energy and sports bars and energy or hydration gel.
Advice from experience: is to compete in what you train in - new shoes on event day are NOT recommended.

Who is eligible or not eligible for prizes
*Participants age 18 and older with no collegiate eligibility remaining are eligible for cash prizes and college scholarships. High School dividsion participants with collegiate eligibiity are only eligible for college scholarships. Any high school athlete who receives an athletic scholarship from a college or university may chose to decline the scholarships or defer receipt of scholarship prizes until graduate school.
