- Four Week "Strength Phase" Course - 

  • Increase True Muscular Strength to Sustain Improvements Long Term

  • Expand Muscle Density, Activation and Recruitment of Your Running Muscles

The Strength Phase – During this four week course, students will build upon the discoveries from the first two courses.  Once you have discovered what’s possible with respect to your running performances and your body, each exercise and drill in this course is maximized to gain strength in the muscles of your body related to your running performance.

  • RunRite "Getting Fit 2 Run" Assessment (Sensors or Video) Analysis and Results Review

  • Upper and Lower body Strength Testing

  • Foot Pressure & Foot Posture  Assessment and Review

  • Corrective Exercise Workout and Prescription Plan

  • 4 week Running Drills, Running Workout (Attend 1 Workout per week for in person students)

  • 4 Week Advanced Strength Phase Program based upon your current personal bests and upper/lowerbody strength levels

  • Attend a 1 Day "Live" Online Seminar or Visit Phoenix and work with Zig for 4 weeks

 

TUITION: $299 in Person $199 (Online) - Prerequisite(s) - The Foundation Course and The Hypertrophy Phase Course
