Runners age 14 and older receive "in person" RunRite Assessments to identify areas of their body to improve which will impact their individual runner performances.
The RunRite assessment identifies the exact areas of the body each athlete needs to target to improve their body's strengths and weaknesses while providing a customized list of exercises and drills for the runner.
